With nearly three decades of experience in education, Cindy has served as a teacher, principal, Federal school improvement coach, presenter, and consultant. Her extensive background has given her a deep understanding of the challenges educators face and the essential strategies needed to build sustainable, engaged, and productive classroom communities.

As the founder of Enhancing Teacher Practices, Cindy is dedicated to ensuring that teachers receive relevant, research-based, and actionable support to strengthen their instructional practices and classroom environments. She believes that in order to have thriving schools and classrooms, we must first champion all teachers, providing them with the tools, strategies, and mentorship necessary for long-term success.

Cindy’s mission has become even more urgent in the wake of the pandemic, as schools navigate increasing challenges in teacher retention, student engagement, and classroom management.
