Hi, I’m Cindy! I’m an educator, a coffee-loving mom of four boys, and a proud granny to four amazing grandsons. When I’m not working with schools and educators, you’ll probably find me cheering on the 49ers, spending time with my family, or enjoying yet another cup of coffee (because, let’s be honest, one is never enough!).I’ve spent the past 29 years as both a teacher and principal, working alongside administrators, teachers, and students to create learning environments where everyone feels valued, supported, and engaged. 

Now, as a consultant, coach, and keynote speaker I am dedicated to helping schools and educators from all over build strong, thriving classroom communities. I’ve had the privilege of sharing my passion for teaching and learning both nationally and internationally, and if there’s one thing I bring to every presentation, it’s energy, optimism, and a deep belief in the power of community.

I know firsthand that when we prioritize COMMUNITY in the classroom, everything changes engagement increases, behavior improves, and both teachers and students thrive.

That’s why I’m on a mission to shift the way we think about community-building in schools and give educators practical, evidence-based strategies to create classrooms that are not just productive, but truly joyful and sustainable.I believe every teacher, leader, and student deserves to grow and learn in an environment that is inclusive, supportive, and inspiring.
